O Bujão Fusível 160ºC é elemento de segurança aplicados aos Acoplamentos Hidráulicos, que possuem uma liga metálica calibrada preparada para rompimento à temperatura pré-determinada, de acordo com a aplicação.
Its body is made of steel and undergoes surface treatment to increase protection against corrosion. To act as a fusible element, Power Master developed a special metallic alloy project, using non-carcinogenic materials and a high-quality production process, in which the plugs are tested one by one with up to six times its working pressure, preventing the alloy from detaching from the part without fulfilling its protective function.
We have market standard sizes and threads in our supply line, but it is also possible to manufacture customized fuse plugs according to the customer's design.
Application – Hydraulic Couplings that use as working fluid – OIL.
Its use is defined according to the Coupling application.
The melting temperature for this element is 160°C (± 3%).
It presents identification in GREEN color.
