A Conexão de Lâminas tipo GPK Power Master são utilizadas como interligação entre o acoplamento hidráulico e o acionamento onde ele está aplicado, afim de transmitir potência torsional, permitir flexibilidade axial e permitir desmontagem radial sem perda de alinhamento do conjunto.
Conexão de Lâminas tipo GPK é produzida em aço especial SAE 4140 e apresentam treated by blackening, also called black oxidation. This surface treatment provides greater resistance to corrosion and, therefore, greater durability of screws, pins and bushings, as well as the coupling hubs and shaft, increasing its lifecycle.
As a flexible element, they have sets of blades made from special stainless steel, designed to withstand the efforts applied to the equipment.
The disc couplings are composed by two sides:
- MOTOR SIDE: 1 coupling hub + 1 flange + set of blades
- GEAR BOX SIDE: 1 coupling hub + 1 flange + 1 shaft + 1 set of blades
